Milling tools

In co-operation with some producers we have developed an improved diamond milling tool as used in the production of intra ocular lenses and in the watch industry.
Our main goal was to create a reliable tool with a long tool life, for a competitive price.
As a result we can offer now a patented tool.

Tolerances are +- 0.01 mm.

Meanwhile many IOL producers worldwide use our tools. A production of 15.000 lenses per tool is no exception.

- Milling diameter
- Maximum milling depth
- Holder diameter and length
